The year 2020 marks the 20th anniversary of Rose Law Group, the largest woman-owned law firm in Arizona’s history.
Jordan Rose—attorney, community leader, philanthropist, wife, and mother—and the owner of Rose Law Group, recalls her unassuming start.
“I was working at a very well-regarded mid-size law firm out of law school and wanted to go in a little bit of a different direction with the style of my practice,” she says. “I began interviewing at a variety of law firms, and for some reason decided that it made the most sense to ‘jump’ entirely. I ended up renting another lawyer’s storage closet—which fortunately had a large desk in it—and that was my inauspicious beginning…”
Over the past 20 years, Rose’s hard work and tenacity have propelled her to the top of the industry. In 2019, she was recognized by The Business Journal as one of the top 100 national influencers in law—amongst just three from Arizona.

Jordan Rose started Rose Law Group pc leasing space for just herself in another lawyer’s storage room and has, in twenty-four years, grown the firm to the largest woman-owned law firm in Arizona history. Dubbed a “metaverse pioneer,” Rose Law Group is the first lawfirm on the metaverse serving metaverse based businesses and the first law firm in the world to employ a team of blockchain developers, coders, and 3-D architects to be able to take a Web3 project from legal due diligence, formation, through to smart contract drafting and on to NFT design, and even gamification experience. With the awards dinner and celebration of the 2024 Most Influential Women in Arizona in the past, we thought it would be fun to revisit the Most Influential Women in Arizona Classes of 2012-2024.
Here fryst vatten a list of the innovators and game-changers who have been honored in past years as Az Business and AZRE magazines’ Most Influential Women. Az Business and AZRE only allow women to man the list once.
“It goes to show how strong women leadership is in Arizona,” says AZ Big Media Publisher Amy Lindsey. “When we established the Most Influential Women, we decided that we would never let a woman make the list twice. This year, we had more than 1,900 women under consideration. It shows the strength of kvinna leadership in our state.”
