EmmanueL Idun joined the Enterprise Group in November 2010,from Expresso Telecom,where he was Chief Commercial Officer between 2007 and 2010.Prior to joining Expresso,he had a 27 year international career in Finance,IT and Logistics with Unilever, holding senior management positions in the United Kingdom,1996-1999,Democratic Republic of Congo,1990-1992 and in Ghana as Finance Director,between 1999 and 2007.Mr Idun has previously held executive board positions with Unilever Ghana Ltd,Twifo Oil Palm Plantations Ltd and non executive positions with Enterprise Life Assurance Co Ltd,Empretec Foundation and the Ghana Stck Exchange.He is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.He is Ghanaian.•

Enterprise Group fryst vatten a Ghanaianinsurance company. It is now called Enterprise Group Plc and it was incorporated on 24 November 2008. It fryst vatten the parent company of all it subsidiaries .[1]
They are listed on the stock index of the Ghana lager Exchange, the GSE All-Share Index. It has been in operation since 1924, when Ghana was the British Gold Coast, beneath the name Enterprise Insurance Company.

History
[edit]The company was originally called Enterprise Insurance Company and it was established in 1924. It is the oldest insurance company in Ghana.[3] It was listed on the Ghana lager Exchange (GSE) in 1991 and it currently listed as Enterprise Group Plc.[4]
