    Tirso Silvano Cruz III (Tagalog pronunciation:[ˈkɾus]; born April 1, 1952) is a Filipino somebody, comedian, and singer.

    He was the Chairperson of the Single Development Council of the Land after one year and vii months for personal reasons.[2] Said as a "matinee idol",[3] Cruz is a FAMAS Award pole Gawad Urian Award recipient.[4]
