American musician
Peter Lewis Kingston Wentz III (born June 5, 1979)[9] is an American musician who is the bassist and lyricist for the rock band Fall Out Boy. Before the band's formation in 2001, Wentz was a fixture of the Chicago hardcore scene and was the lead singer and songwriter for Arma Angelus, a metalcore band.[10] During Fall Out Boy's hiatus from 2009 to 2012, Wentz formed the experimental, electropop and dubstep group Black Cards. He owns a record label, DCD2 Records, which has signed bands including Panic! at the Disco and Gym Class Heroes.
Fall Out Boy returned from hiatus in February 2013, and have since released four albums; Save Rock and Roll, American Beauty/American Psycho, Mania, and So Much (for) Stardust.[11]
Wentz has also ventured into other non-musical projects, including writing, acting, and fashion; in 2005 he founded a clothing company called Clandestine Industries.[12] He hosted season 1

Peter Lewis Kingston Wentz III (born on June 5, 1979) better known as Pete Wentz,[1] is an Americanbassist and songwriter. He is most famous for his work with the Chicago-based bandFall Out Boy. In recent years, he has also become an entrepreneur and the host of the MTVprogram, FNMTV.
Wentz has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.[2]Ashlee Simpsondivorced him.
Fall Out Boy came off hiatus in 2013, releasing a new single "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light 'Em Up)" and an album Save Rock and Roll, along with a supporting Spring tour. They will be going on the So Much For (2our) Dust Tour beginning February 2024 in support of the 2023 album So Much (For) Stardust, bringing pop punk group Jimmy Eat World along with other bands such as The Maine and Daisy Grenade. This will be their second tour for the album So Much (For) Stardust.
